Refund policy

 Returns & Exchanges Policy

Here at Country Label Co. we want you to love your purchase and we want you to love what we do. If you are not 100% happy with your product, you have 14 days to return it to us in the same condition in which you received it. To be eligible for a return your item must be unworn, in the original packaging and all tags attached.

Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days has lapsed since receiving your item unfortunately we are unable to offer you an exchange or refund, unless your item is faulty. 

All returns can be sent to P.O BOX 60 Bordertown, SA 5268 using our reusable shipping packaging that your received your purchase in. The cost of the returns will be at the expense of the customer unless the item is faulty, at which then Country Label Co will cover the cost.

 

Returns for a Refund OR Store Credit

If you aren’t completely satisfied with your item, we are happy to provide a refund or store credit providing that you've met the conditions stated above. Once your item has been returned you will receive an email from us to let you know that we have received your item. The product will be inspected and your store credit or refund will be processed immediately. Your refund will be processed back to the original payment method.

You will receive a full refund of the item cost, minus any original shipping cost.

Exchanges

If you love our products but the sizing doesn’t work for you, we will happily exchange the size! Email our team at countrylabelco@gmail.com with your request and we will get back to you ASAP. All returns can be sent to P.O BOX 60.

Returns for Damaged Items

Should and if your items arrive damaged, please let us know as soon as you receive your order. Any damaged goods must be brought to our attention within 1 business day by contacting us via email at countrylabelco@gmail.com, you will receive a reply within 24 hours. 

When confirmed and approved by our team we will email a returns slip to ensure the items can be sent back to us to be inspected. When this has been arranged and the order has been reviewed we will send you a replacement for the damaged goods.
